Blenheim Hill Farm Wedding Photos
Kieley and Juddy are two of the most charismatic people I have ever met, and they threw the most amazing two year anniversary party you could ever imagine!
I photographed their tiny, intimate wedding on their original wedding date two years ago, and loved meeting their immediate families and spending a warm and sunny afternoon with them at the Arnold Arboretum in JP.
Their upstate New York celebration with their full circle of extended family and friends was at the gorgeous working Blenheim Hill Farm, and although mother nature wasn't fully cooperating (it was pretty chilly for June, and decidedly wet in the morning), this upbeat couple didn't let that get in the way of their plans. I loved that they went ahead with the picturesque outdoor ceremony, and portraits, adding in some warm-up breaks to make it manageable. They were absolutely amazing at just letting go, going with the flow, and trusting their vendors to make it work.
Some of the highlights from this fabulous day included the baby goats that greeted us on arrival at the farm, and of course had to be featured in a few couples' portraits (I mean, how could you not?!); the sweet getting ready moments between Kieley and her mom, and her friends (tears, yes!); the absolutely stunning setting for the ceremony, overlooking the lake at Blenheim; the delightful vegetable display at cocktail hour - the perfect fit for this vegan couple; the hilarious toasts in the barn during dinner; the sparkler cake-cutting (such a unique idea and the perfect way to add sparklers at an earlier time so that all of your guests can enjoy it, not just the late night crew) and of course the fantastic dance floor antics; these guys know how to party!
